You can try to download flash from get.adobe.com/flashplayer preferably with Firefox. You can also try the following steps with Explorer:
-Go to
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/oth...s/?no_redirect
this will download Flash Player for other browsers (and everything else that requires flash)
-Choose your operating system
-Choose Flash Player for Other Browsers
-Download and Install
-Restart Procaster
