If your videos were deleted through our Storage Cleanup Wizard, you should have been notified at the email address associated with your account, and also when logging into Livestream.com. Please verify that you've checked the email address associated with your Livestream account.
If you feel that your videos were deleted in error or that you weren't properly notified, please open a
support ticket to see if anything can be done. You can link back to this post for reference.
