I am sorry to hear of your displeasure with Livestream. Right now the 10GB limit is in place to help keep our service free. Regarding our storage cleanup, only video clips that were created 6 months ago
and have been viewed less than 10 times in the past 6 months are marked for deletion, however users can keep their clips by simply using our Storage Cleanup Wizard. This process helps us keep costs down while remaining environmentally friendly. If you'd like to learn more about the process, it is fully explained in our userguide:
