@Currt we are sorry that you are having problems, could you email procaster@livestream.com with the following information:
-With what system you are using to stream (dxdiag logs would be the best to include if you know how)
-What you are trying to stream (Game, webcam (make + model), ...) and if you are trying to stream a game, what mode you are in (desktop or game mode)
-At what quality you are trying to stream it (mobile, normal, medium + mobile, high + medium + mobile, HD + Medium + mobile, HD + high + medium + mobile, optimized game mode or custom (also include which custom settings))
-How are you trying to stream it (if this applies to you) with a capture card or any other capture device.
-Which version exactly is working for you.
