Live stream broadcaster
I just saw an ad for livestream broadcaster device - can this be used with the old livestream premium service? Or is it just for the "NEW" livestream platform?

I upgraded to premium for more bandwidth and it still showing basic 500kbs - how do I change this? i upgraded the channel to premium but how do i increase video bitrate?
