Finally, I did it.
Finaly, I finished the uploading process of a Youtube video.
Time of upload: 10 minutes. After that, the bar freezes at 100% and after ONE HOUR the video finally is procesed.

In my opinion, Livestream is not going to make the upload system faster or multiple.
