No, the "Send Crash Report" window doesn't appear...

No, the "Send Crash Report" window doesn't appear at all. Only the "Procaster.exe has stopped working; Windows is checking for a solution to the problem" window appears.

It's my ezcap that is causing it to crash on launch, and it doesn't crash Procaster when I reconnect it after Procaster is already running.

Edit: Also I just checked the logs and Procaster doesn't...

Yeah I have no problems with the 20.1.242 beta.

I have my Logitech Webcam and Ezcap USB video capture device permanently connected, but this has never caused any problems before.
