GPU usage 0% even with hardware acceleration on in player

Hi,

we've run into performance issues with the Livestream player and VOD clips. They play very sticky on some setups and smoother on others (when it shouldn't be a bandwidth or processing speed issue in the first place).

In the process of trying to get hardware acceleration working at the player, we've discovered that no matter what we do GPU usage stays put at 0%. Enabling hardware acceleration at Flash does seemingly drop the CPU usage slightly, but no noticeable quality improvements in the video. And still, shouldn't the GPU meter activate at this point?

Has somebody overcome this problem? Or is there a faster, optimized white-label player available somewhere? We are using the regular one you get when copying an embed code of a video.
