Controlling Outgoing Notifications
 

I can't seem to find a way to turn notifications on and off for outgoing notifications. Every time I upload a video, for example, or even edit a video, a notification goes out to my followers, whether I want it or not. I don't want to overwhelm my followers with too much email.
