Broadcaster WiFi to 3G/4G to LiveStream?

I guess I give up trying streams with direct 3G/4G (Huawei E392 connected to Broadcaster) and instead connect E392 to router and share 3G/4G internet connection via WLAN and use Broadcaster with that WLAN. My router is Telewell TW-WLAN 3G/4G router.

Or is it 3G/4G which is the problem, in whatever part during the connection...?

(However, I have got thru one (and only) test via direct 3G/4G using E392.)

Yes, with 3G/4G modem it is better to plug it into a router and then connect Broadcaster to that router (wlan or ethernet cable). If 3G/4G is only available connection to the internet/Livestream.
