livestream help!

when ever i livestream, the CPU is always over 80% and often 100%. the only time it's running smoothly is if i have nothing open and my screen is tiny, which kind of defeats the purpose. i closed any other running applications and it does not help.

it stops soon after and tells me to lower bandwidth and i have no idea what that means

these are my test results

Hi sioSIN,

Can you tell us about the computer you're using to stream? Technical specifications, OS version, etc. What qualities do you typically stream at? Please provide as much detail as you can.

CPU usage

I encountered the same problem using a Dell Laptop. After running task Manager I discovered that I had an anti virus and and another program running in the background that was using up my cpu. It took a little while to figure it out but I was able to turn off the program and keep it from running, once I did that MY cpu went down to 40-50%
