Help me with my camera
 
I am using Panasonic HDC-SD40 and a lenovo laptop, and i'm using a video dongle. when i broadcast it on livestream. the video was too delay. and the video is too slow also. the people
are like robots when moving. how can i fix this?

any suggestions?

It sounds like your are experiencing issues with the FPS on your video. This is likely caused by using an unsupported device or using a lower powered system. Please post the following info so I can further assist you:

-Computer Processor
-RAM
-Operating System
-Dongle make/model
-Encoder (Studio,*Webcaster, Procaster, etc...)
-Encoder Settings (screenshots if possible)
-Internet Connection (visit www.speedtest.net and send me the results of a test)
-Wired or WiFi?
