Chat Not working

I can't seem to get the chat to work, is it just me or is it just a thing with procaster? I googled, but couldn't find anything about it.

Chat is not yet implemented into Livestream for Producers. This function does work with Livestream Procaster, which is a completely separate application from Livestream for Producers.
