XML Error Trying To Download Recording
I'm receiving an xml error when trying to download a recorded stream in the studio. Any idea what the issue might be? Any way this can be fixed? The recording is there, I simply cannot download. Here's the error:
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
<Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message>
Same problem here, and it's affecting my business BIG time. Can anyone from support please get back to us on this??
