No Audio and Black Screen on Video Playing Programs
 

As the title says, every time I try and stream I have no audio and no speaker volume. I tried downloading older versions that actually let my choose the speaker option, but still no success on gaining audio or the ability to use VLC for example. The computer I use is Windows XP, and is there any way I can fix this problem?

Speaker's audio is not an available option on Windows XP systems. You would have to use a program such as JACK audio or Virtual Audio Cables as a work around.

I had the same problem. I managed to fix it, but now the audio goes out of sync with the video. I tried lowering the quality of the video, which seemed to delay the out of syncing, but it always happens in the end.
