Cant import/convert in Livestream Studio
 

Hi, I just recently did a podcast. I went on my channel to see the play back and nothing was there. I went to the studio saw my recent video "importing and converting" but that was hours ago--and its still not playing. What's going on with studio?

Looks like your broadcast wasn't properly recorded to our servers. It appears that you used Procaster for this broadcast, which means you should have a local copy of the recording saved to your hard drive that can easily be uploaded to your library. If you are using a Windows machine, this file should be in the 'My Videos' folder, or the 'Movies' folder on a Mac machine.
