question about forum help
 

to Ernie and whoever else answers questions, you sometimes ask people for more information and a screenshot but those of us searching help topics never hear anything else about the problem; why do you not finish answering the question in the forum? Instead, I had to start a new thread........just sayin'

We do our best to help everyone where we can. The forum is also open for other members of the community to help each other out. If you have a critical issue, the best avenue of troubleshooting would be to open a support ticket.

If you are experiencing any issues similar to one in a previous thread without an answer, I would suggest replying on that thread.
