Internet Week New York is a week-long festival of events celebrating New York’s thriving internet industry and community.
Starting June 7, Internet Week invites all interested companies and organizations to participate. Like the Web itself, Internet Week is open: anyone can throw events citywide. Over 100 events, ranging from parties and meetups to executive breakfasts and conferences will be hosted throughout NYC.
From the official headquarter space in Chelsea, to the official hotel, The Standard, in the Meatpacking District, to the many crowd-sourced events held citywide, this space will be both a place for attendees to meet, greet, and get a little work done, as well as hosting arts, technology, media and entertainment exhibitions and social events.
Events include the Microsoft Expression Studio 4 launch, workshops on user experience sells and social media, and a World Cup 2010 Kickoff party & tweetup. No organization is too big or too small to be included.
Experience open access for all live at http://livestream.com/internetweekny.
