Fresh from performing for the troops and coming to you live from the Livestream studio is rock band Saving Abel. Lead singer Jared Weeks is joined by Jason Null on lead guitar, Scott Bartlett on rhythm guitar, Eric Taylor on bass guitar and Blake Dixon on drums. Their softmore effort, “Miss America”, will be released June 8. The band will perform the title track along with the hit single “Stupid Girl (Only In Hollywood)” and answer fan questions live. They’ve opened for bands such as Hot Chip and Mates of State, but now Pennsylvania rock band Free Energy will perform solo at a special one-off concert, showcasing their distinct melody and classic flare on Livestream. Many have compared their sound to classic rock outfits like Journey. The band rose to national prominence earlier this year with the release of their debut album “Stuck on Nothing”.
