The Mogulus team has just released beta version 1.2. If you access the Mogulus Studio, you will be able to immediately use the new features. Here’s an overview of the key new features :

Recording

One of the most awaited feature by the Mogulus producer community, you can now record your live shows and replay them in the auto-pilot. To use it, simply press the record button in the Broadcast Live tab and follow the on-screen instructions.

Better Graphics Controls

Prepare and save multiple “over the shoulder” graphics and “lower third” (strap) graphics – put any of them on the air with a single click. This feature removes the need to cut and paste or overwrite the text every time you want to change them. Graphics text (ticker, lower third, etc…) are now saved and shared across all logged in channel producers.

Channel Members Management

Camera Only mode – Allow contributors to login to your studio without giving them the ability to control your channel – all they can do is send a camera feed for you to mix in your show.

Lock a channel Member – you can easily lock a production member of your channel without having to remove them from the members list. This makes it easy to let contributors login only at certain times.

Deleting Storyboards

To avoid accidental deletion of storyboards, we have now implemented a confirmation dialog box.
