Written by Rick Stern at 4:48 pm under Channels.

Picture 1Motion City Soundtrack will be performing a special show and answering fan questions live from Vintage Vinyl in Fords, NJ on Wednesday, January 20th at 7 PM (ET). The broadcast is in support of the pop punk band’s fourth studio album, “My Dinosaur Life,” which will be released this Tuesday, Jan. 19th.   My Dinosaur Life marks the band’s major label debut and finds them reuniting with producer and friend Mark Hoppus of Blink-182, who first teamed up with the band when he produced their hit record Commit This to Memory.

Motion City Soundtrack formed in 1997, originally hailing from Minneapolis, Minnesota, and have been performing all over the world. Their past three albums—I Am the Movie (2003), Commit This to Memory (2005), and Even if it Kills Me (2007)—have all been successful, selling over 600,000 copies throughout the world.

The Q&A will be hosted by Steven from Fuse TV’s “Steven’s Untitled Rock Show,” and will feature the entire band—Joshua Cain, Justin Pierre, Jess Johnson, Matthew Taylor, and Tony Thaxton—answering questions from fans, live on the broadcast after their concert.
