Also, Bishop Francis offers a weekly Wednesday evening program at 6:00pm entitled - "Decree & It Shall Be" which he shares with you the science and art of prayer, affirmations, meditations and decrees. This new time starts Wed., June 3rd, 2009 at 6PM. Bishop Francis founded his CIRCLE of GRACE 1 on July 2nd, 1999 under the aegis & anointing of The Angel of Grace through Divine Providence [(c) 1999].
